Own People & Culture end to end in Angola. You build the culture, run operations, ensure compliance, and act as a true partner to local leadership. You operate independently, solve problems early, and take full ownership of everything people-related on the ground.
What You’ll Do
- Own culture: turn values into daily behaviors across teams.
- Lead HR end to end: from hiring to exit, ensure a strong and consistent employee experience.
- Build what matters: design and implement HR policies, processes, and systems that support business growth.
- Ensure compliance: stay ahead of Angolan labor law, manage contracts, and work directly with local legal counsel.
- Run payroll flawlessly: accurate and on time, every time.
- Handle employee relations: address issues firmly, fairly, and legally.
- Partner with leadership: advise, challenge, and support decision-making.
- Drive performance: implement and manage performance cycles that raise standards.
- Develop people: identify gaps and deliver practical, high-impact training.
- Own data: track HR metrics and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Maintain standards: ensure employee records and documentation are always accurate and complete.
- Support the workplace: keep the office organized, functional, and productive.

- High attention to detail, especially in legal and administrative work.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Fluency in Portuguese (required).
- Fluency in English (required).
- Degree in HR or a related field
