Facilities Engineer

Maintain up-to-date asset registry in company’s maintenance management system;
Develop and update preventive maintenance activities and schedules as per the recommendations of OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), industry standards and company’s best practices;
Monitor and manage power, cooling, and environmental systems;
Monitor, respond to and resolve operational issues, alarms and equipment malfunctioning;
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards;
Support the other Facility team members in complex troubleshooting and repairs;
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks on-time and in-line with maintenance instructions defined in the maintenance management system;
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance;
Plan, coordinate, oversee and inspect maintenance activities contracted to various maintenance vendors;
Ensure the maintenance management system remains central to all asset maintenance activities and records and is appropriately used by both internal resources as well as contracted vendors;
Assist in the implementation of infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering in related fields (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation & Control Systems);
Relevant Professional certifications on Electrical and Electromechanical Systems from Major Industry Vendors preferred.
Certification in Data Center or Critical Facilities Management Systems preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing infrastructure.
Minimum of three years of experience in working directly with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems in data centres or similar critical environment
