• Installation and Configuration of different Servers viz. Windows /Liunx/Unix Server as Domain Controller;
• Management and Administration of windows /Linux/Unix network of more than 300 Computers connected via on LAN Network;
• Installation and Configuration of different Services such as DNS, DHCP;
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of various operating systems, software & hardware;
• Updated and maintained servers hardware drivers, firmware, software and service packs to proactively ensure optimal performance;
• Acting as a resource person solving computer problems for users;
• Provide over the phone solutions and customer support to remote users;
• Maintained record of inventory of IT & Datacenter;
• Create and maintain user domain & email account;
• Conduct user training and maintain documentation;
• Report all IT related issues to the CTO;
• Coordinated with Vendors and internal operational staffs;
• Troubleshot permissions/login issues, hardware problems, and software installations;
• Exchange Server administration (Monitoring, troubleshooting, account creation and manipulation, mailbox permissions, backup recovery using Backup Exec, mail store exporting, Outlook client support, distribution lists, etc.);
• Coordinate hardware and software installations and upgrades to ensure work is performed in accordance with company policy;
• Installation, Configuration & Maintenance of Windows 2000, 2008,2012,2016 Active Directory;
• Designing and Installation of Domain Name System;
• Implementation of Group Policy for different groups;
• Remote Up-Gradation of Windows Machines;
• Installation and Configuration of different Servers Windows 2008 Server as Domain Controller;
• Hardware Troubleshooting of Company’s Different Client Location;
• Maintain updated DNS data for local area network machines;
• Working knowledge of OS clustering, partitioning, virtualization and storage administration, integration with operating systems;
• Performing regular DATA backup/restore Procedures;
• Firewall Policies Management;
• Upgrade and Maintain VMWare servers and virtual sessions;
• VPN configurations and Troubling shooting Network Monitoring;
• Working knowledge of OS clustering, partitioning, virtualization and storage administration, integration with operating systems;
• Work on major severity and complex server issues;
• Supporting LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems;
• Backup and restore VMWare servers and virtual sessions;
• Planning and implementing fixes / Patches;
• Performance and capacity management on VMWare servers;
• Complex Health Checking;
• Create and modify scripts or applications to automate tasks;
• Main interface to customers for the coordination of hardware and/ or software support and delivery of technical services;
• To review Backup reports and Initiate actions on backup failure against specific documentation;
• Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service;
• Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions;
• Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning;
• Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment;
• Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes;

Angolan Nationality;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant degree;
Expertise in installation, configuration and upgradation, patching, administration and storage implementation;
Familiarity with cross platform basic troubleshooting tasks;
Strong experience in SQL and database;
Experience in Oracle LINUX / RedHat LINUX v6.0, v7.0, v7.5;
Strong Experience with VMWare and SAN management and concepts;
Experience in Create and modify scripts or applications to automate tasks;
Hands on experience on CACTI/PRTG/Nagios Toot configuration and management;
Both Portuguese and English fluent.
