Installation and Configuration: Install and configure hardware, such as
computers, printers and servers;
Configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and application
software;
Maintenance and Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical
hardware and software problems;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment;
Provide technical support to end users, both in person and remotely;
Network Management: Configure and maintain local networks (LAN) and
wide area networks (WAN);
Troubleshoot network connectivity and manage network devices such as
routers and switches;
Information Security: Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization’s data and systems;
Monitor systems to detect and respond to security threats;
Documentation and Reports: Maintain detailed records of activities carried out and problems resolved;
Create and update manuals and user guides for users;
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux,
macOS), network administration software and diagnostic tools;
Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals;
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively;
Communication: Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users;
Previous experience in technical support or systems administration.

Angolan Nationality
Degree in Computer Engineering;
Professional Experience minimum 5 years proven;
Erational Cisco Network, Operating systems (Windows and Linux), Server hardware, VOip telephony, Opand management knowledge of network infrastructure;
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
