Rollout Supervisor

1. To support the Rollout Manager in preparing rollout updates;
2. Coordination with other departments in HQ in order to facilitate the regional technical needs;
3. Do site surveys with other units (RNPO, Transport);
4. Prepare TSSR (Technical Site Survey Reports) with the infrastructure team;
5. Coordinate with the other technical units on providing all information on time to prepare the site launch;
6. Follow up with the subcontractors on the execution of the civil work on the sites with all its details;
7. Plan, Supervise, monitor and follow up with the Telecom Implementation team on installing, commissioning and launching Africell sites for the different technologies (2G/3G/4G);
8. Prepare and submit the daily and weekly reports;
9. Follow-up with teams on site acceptance, including site files, PAC and FAC;
10. Handover the sites to the Operation and Maintenance teams;
11. Verify the project scope at project closing in order to finalize the invoices;
12. Perform other duties assigned to him by his management.

• Angolan nationality;
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology related field;
• 5 years or more of relevant work experience;
• Experienced in Telecom (2G/3G/4G) Deployment and in Project Control/Support;
• Excellent project management and team coordination skills;
• Multi time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks according to project management priorities;
• To be Highly organized and detail oriented;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• English proficiency would be an advantage but is not essential.
