Senior IT Analyst / Security Consultant / Product Engineer

This is a full time opportunity to work in a well engaged company, for a position as Senior IT Analyst / Security Consultant / Product Engineer. The role will provide a deep understanding of products such as F5, Websense, Splunk, etc. The candidate wil have as tasks the presales, proof of concept implementations, architecture designs, production implementations, documentation of the solution and support.
This will be a challenging role with lots to learn and a chance to get experience on cutting edge technologies.
Creative thinking, technical ability, out of the box thinking and selfmotivation is key to this position.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation, creation, and delivery skills
• Must be a self­starter who truly enjoys working in a fast­paced environment
• Prior hands­on experience as a systems administrator x Prior hands­on experience as a network administrator
• Excellent analytical problem solving skills
• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and network protocols
• Strong working knowledge of UNIX/Linux/BSD systems
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and solutions
• Strong working knowledge of Networking (LAN, WAN etc)
• Proficiency in multiple scripting languages (e.g., PERL, Python, Ruby)
• Knowledge in one or more of the following products: F5, Websense, BlueCoat, Splunk, Imperva, Safenet, FireEye, Fortinet
• Penetration Tester Experience would also be a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or similar related.
• CCNA / CCNP / CCIE
• MCSE / MCITP / MCPD
• LPIC / Linux+ / RHCE
• Security+ / CEH / OSCP
• PMP
