Infrastructure Engineer Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the infrastructure team.

Provide guidance to Engineers L2 and NOC/Helpdesk staff.

Manage deployment, configuration, and monitoring of infrastructure solutions.

Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.

Required Skills:

Dell Servers and Dell Storage/Backup.

Cisco Routers, Switches, PABX.

Fortinet firewalls.

Palo Alto firewalls.

F5 load balancers.

Solid understanding of VMware, Red Hat, Microsoft, Dynatrace.

Preferred Knowledge:

Rockfagz.

ElasticSearch.
