Devise, agree, and implement business plan to reach the required standards in order to achieve RIA division OMP objectives;
Manage business plan for division;
Discuss and agree on sales target & strategy with Commercial Director, implement plan across the team;
Discuss and agree on customer service plan with Commercial Director;
Ensure warehouse POS’s are running to optimal operating standards in line with operations department;
Discuss and agree on portfolio implementation plan with Marketing and Commercial;
Directors, oversee local purchase portfolio with purchasing team;
Provide trainings and staff improvement across department;
Ensuring discounts, credit, debit & credit notes given are in line with company policy and with the correct procedure;
Ensure pricing by SKU is competitive in line with market trends vs strategic objective & target.

i. FMCG Food & Non Food (min. 6 years):
• Pricing strategies for Angolan informal market;
• Sales strategies for Angolan informal market;
• Good knowledge of existing brands in the market;
ii. Commodities (Cesta Basica) product category experience (min. 4 years):
• Pricing strategies for Angolan informal market;
• Sales strategies for Angolan informal market;
• Good knowledge of existing brands in the market;
iii. Frozen Products product category experience (min. 2 years):
• Pricing strategies for Angolan informal market;
• Sales strategies for Angolan informal market;
• Good knowledge of existing brands in the market;
Min. 3 years of field sales experience in the Angolan informal market;
Min. 5 years of large customer sales management experience;
Strong understanding of the various Angolan informal market customer segments;
Min. 2 years experience working with Angolan province markets;
Min. 3 years of FIFO stock control warehousing system experience;
Min. 4 years of store management experience (any type of store retail or wholesale – but wholesale is better);
Strong leadership skills, able to manage and scale a sales team for growth;
Strong management and organizational skills to achieve the best practices in each channel, as well as output from staff;
Fluent in Portuguese;
Strong in English;
Fluent in Arabic (bonus).
