Main purpose of the job:
• Driving of key projects initiatives to PBB;
•To prepare, manage and reinforce change in line with specific business initiative requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Project Management:
•Act as the IT Business Partner for PBB;
•Define PBB IT priorities according to business goals;
•Identify and engage with stakeholders to obtain buy-in to the projects;
•Define clearly project scope;
•Assure project planning, business requirements definition, identify and manage risk constrains and propose alternative solutions;
•Provides feedback to stakeholders on project progress and risks;
•Support business specialists in UAT;
•Produce IT related support documentation to business users;
•Deliver the projects within the approved timeline and budget
Change Management:
•Assesses the change impact and readiness for change initiative, identifying key barriers;
•Develops Change Management plans (e.g. stakeholder management, training, coaching, communications & resistance management);
•Identify and engage with stakeholders to obtain buy-in to the change initiative;
•Incorporates successful Change Management solutions from other initiatives into change plans
Requisitos
• Degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management
• Experience working at change consultant level on projects in a multi-functional organisation
• Experience in project managing change initiatives or other relevant business experience
