Sales Manager - Industry Sector

We are recruiting a Sales Manager for a multinational company, word leader in gases, technologies and services for industry. This person will be responsible for searching new clients, guarantee customer satisfaction and create commercial activities. Knowledge of sales management in industry market is required.

As a Sales Manager, you will be working in the Commercial Divison, reporting to the Country Commercial Director. Your objective will be to search new clients, guarantee customer satisfaction and create commercial activities.

You will be responsible for:

• Search for customers in market segment
• Guarantee customer satisfaction
• Ensure search of customers and competitive monitoring
• Propose industrial solutions (gas, materials, services) to industrial customers
• Participate in the drawing up of commercial actions
• Lead negotiation and key contracts

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing degree. Engineering Degree will be high valued.
-Fluent in English and Portuguese

Experience:
-3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Management

Soft Skills:
-Very Strong Communication Skills
-Experience in negotiation B2B
