Planner

Prepare working programs and schedules for each department according to a previously established maintenance program.
Monitor implementation of Maintenance Plan and keep/maintain records on IFS for all equipment and auxiliaries onboard .
FPSO and tracking for daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Confers with department supervisors to determine the status of all planning maintenance.
Assist in CMMS system updates, clean-up and improvement.
Generation and distribution upon require of periodic reports for monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly works.
Assist responsible personnel with IFS routine operations.
Undertake training relevant to the position requirements.

Knowledge with 2 years maintenance planning experience for all equipment on board FPSO (Mechanical, Electrical and instruments) or at least 2 years’ experience on the offshore installations or seagoing service as a second engineer.
Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Standard of competence according to our Client’s Competence Assurance Matrix.
Very good English written and spoken.
