Provide consultancy when requested by clients within the field of expertise.
Drive and monitor internal and external audits.
Draft and review audit reports and make recommendations for improvement.
Carry out activities in compliance with requirements set in procedures, instructions and other documentation.
Conduct training courses and workshops within the field of expertise when requested.
By understanding the client and their requirements, be the “sales person” to provide solutions to their “problems”.
Weekly planning of clients activity.
Assure that services provided are invoiced in within same month period.
Research technical documents to carry out audits as best as possible.
Keep abreast of audit techniques and best practices.
Be able to coach, transmit and develop skills to junior auditors.
Keep manager informed on each consultancy project.
Inform manager about any critical issue regarding audit or consultancy service to customer.
Continuous knowledge development regarding industry rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and industry performance.
Demonstrate at all times a behavior of safety at work towards yourself, Company employees, suppliers and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
Comply at all times with the Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Be a good example and walk the talk.
Perform other tasks related to this position or delegated by supervisor.

University degree in an engineering field or minimum 5 years of working as a consultant implementing Quality Management Systems.
Preferably Registered Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor.
Certified trainer / coach
Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
Fluent English and Portuguese.
In depth knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 18001 /10002.
Able to work independently with high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
Customer service focused and able to apply judgment and act accordingly.
Self-motivated, meticulous and committed individual who can work well under pressure, within tight deadlines and autonomously.
Able to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, affiliates, suppliers and clients.
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to build trust, respect, confidentiality, strong work ethics and integrity.
Able to transmit skills and develop junior auditors.
Good understanding of computer applications such as Windows, Outlook etc.
