Procurement Manager

 Implement Procurement policies and procedures.
 Serve as primary interface with internal customers in the field and other stakeholders.
 Create sourcing plans that secure supply and minimize supply chain disruptions, in accordance with category sourcing strategies.
 Ensure adherence to Schlumberger approved supplier agreements and contracts.
 Ensure trade compliance.
 Lead the request for information, quotation or proposal and bidding processes, minimizing risk and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery and total cost of ownership.
 Monitor sourcing projects to assure on-time completion and guaranteed supply for all portfolios.
 Set performance objectives for assigned supply base (quality improvement, on-time delivery, lead-time reduction, cost reduction) and ensure suppliers deliver on these objectives through detailed supplier management development plans.
 Prepare and lead periodic supplier performance management reviews, using scorecards with main performance indicators, three-year business perspectives, and strategic product/market developments.
 Ensure that supplier capacity is aligned with demand. Review and consolidates internal demand and arbitrate priorities.
 Ensure that all managed suppliers have appropriate executed contracts in place, are monitored and that full value extraction is delivered.
 Review and resolve system record discrepancies, invoice and supplier nonconformance.
 Lead and develop Procurement workforce.

 Angolan nationality;
 Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing.
 8-12 years’ experience in supply chain roles
 5-8 years’ experience in sourcing
 Able to communicate in both English and Portuguese.
