Identifying and suggest career progression and development needs;
Create career progression plans for employees;
Promote the organizational culture, and insure that employees take into account the company's values;
Maintain accurate personnel records and ensuring compliance with labor regulations;
Manage benefits, leave, vacation and other employee-related issues.
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems;
Coach employees to improve performance;
Identify and resolve conflict issues in the workplace;
Implement fair and effective disciplinary measures in accordance with general labor law;
Ensure compliance with local general labor laws and government regulations.
Collect, analyze and interpret data related to human resources;
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management;
Monitor key performance indicators and proposing improvements;
Other tasks related to the job role.
Requisitos

Angolan nationality;
Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field;
Experience of 5 years in a management role in Human Resources or People Management;
Proven experience in improving and implementing Human Resources strategies;
Proven experience with Human Resources management software or systems;
Proven experience in restructuring and reorganizing departments lead by you;
Proficient knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
In-depth knowledge of HR practices and regulations;
*Ability to make strategic and tactical decisions.
