Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders;
 Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors;
 Prepare and file forms and other documents;
 Assist with recruitment and on boarding processes;
 Take inventory and order office supplies as needed;
 Update logs and order forms;
 Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager;
 Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
 Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
 Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
 Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels;
 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners;
 Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate;
 Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door;
 Deploy successful marketing campaigns;
 Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis;
 Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups;
 Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors;
 Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely;
 Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies;
 Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;
Requisitos

BS/MS degree;
 Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or similar role;
 Proven working experience in digital marketing;
 Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
 Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude;
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English;
 Excellent organizational skills;
 Excellent interpersonal skills;
