Logistic Head

Purpose: Lead the team for the entire warehousing, outbound logistics & transport function
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Scope: Entire Factory & Provinces
Volume: 3.2 millions per month
Vehicles: 120 (trucks, cars, forklifts and cranes)
Team Size: 250
Revenue Generation & Cost: Plan the future requirements, delivery process, warehouse & team management
Evaluate the Sales Orders for the optimum utilization of the trucks for delivery
Alert the Production team about the stock the Sales Order need
Control and Optimize the Sales Delivery Plan
Plan the activities of loading the vehicle
Control the Invoices and its accuracy
Approve the Credit Notes
Compare and Decide the Price for the department scrap disposal
Propose the Fleet requirement based on the Deliveries
Monitor and Optimize the Fleet costs
Develop new process for preventing losses of FG in the movement & storage
Coordinate with Production Head about the reception of FG numbers
Create the Control of the FG in Province Warehouse in terms of layout and availability
Reconcile with Accounts the FG numbers in central warehouse and in the provinces
People: Recruit the Prospective candidates as per the standards
Maintain Employee Relations
Approve & Identify Learning & Skill development and Career development
Guide & Assess People Planning
Plan & train for Occupational Health, Safety & Environment
Quality: Design and optimize the warehouse layout
Conduct the audit of the Stock & the warehouse as per GMP
Customer Relations: Analyze & Address exceptional Customer complaints
Obtain all the license of the vehicles like advertising
Assist the Sales Head in Customer complaints resolution
Reputation with Authorities: Develop the relationship with the authorities
System & Processes: Develop the SOP for the departments
Monitor & Guide the Transport movement thru the GPS
MIS & Reporting: Prepare and Report the Departmental KPIs specializes in the production and distribution of carbonated soft drinks, energy drink and water.

Graduate with MBA/Specialisation in Logistics or Engineering;
Minimum 10 to 20 years' experience in the field;
Knowledge, skills and behaviour in people management;
Knowledge of systems such as Primavera/SAP warehouse management system;
Critical thinking skills with knowledge of maths.
