Descrição da função

Team Management:
Lead, train, and develop the administrative team.
Ensure team members perform their roles efficiently and in line with established standards.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities according to the team’s skills and competencies.
Resource Planning and Organization:
Ensure the proper allocation of resources (human, financial, material) to support administrative functions.
Coordinate the procurement of goods and services required by the organization.
Administrative Process Management:
Oversee administrative processes such as contract management, procurement, logistics, and general services.
Establish and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Budget Control:
Prepare and manage administrative budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Analyze and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.
Policy and Procedure Implementation:
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures that promote compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to internal rules and external regulations.
Document and File Management:
Supervise the organization, filing, and management of company documents and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and secure.

Aptidões necessárias

Angolan Nationality
Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (Postgraduate qualifications or certifications may be preferred)
At least 10 years' experience in administrative functions and/or team management, with at least 3 in leadership positions.
Leadership skills.
Process management.
Communication skills at various organizational levels
Organization and planning:
Familiarity with administrative management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Spoken and written English.
