Credit Management / Finance Analyst (Senior Position)

Key responsibilities:

Organize a control the Credit Management Team and ensure a constant, quantitative and qualitative invoicing
Be an important part of the Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly Accounting Closings
Preparation of reports, presentations, financial analysis, KPI's, etc.
Provide various breakdowns and analyses of financial information to assist management decision
Coordinate the communication between Accounts Payables Team and Credit Management Team
Control and have the ownership of the Credit Management financial reports and KPI’s
Conduct the required analysis and sensitivity reports to keep all accounts clean
Identify and report significant deviations on the analysis done
Guarantee the quality of the work performed by the team
Supervise/control the whole company debt collection
Support any activity under the leadership of the Finance Manager and/or Chief Accountant
Assess and support on internal and external Audits requirements and follow-up
International Financial Reporting Standards knowledge is a plus

Key Required skills:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, management and/or economy
Excellent Excel skills is a must have
Good English communication skills. (B2 or more)
Problem solver, able to perform analysis and tasks of medium to high complexity
Team player and focus on accomplishing the team and company’s objectives
Willing to work under pressure and manage internal and external stakeholders
Motivation and will for continuous learning and improvement
Experience in any of below skills is an advantage: > Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Reconciliations.
