Shop Manager - Informal

Monitoring stock levels, ordering new products, conducting stock counts, and managing inventory to meet customer demand and prevent losses.
Setting and achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and developing business plans to increase store revenue.
Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
Developing and managing the store budget, monitoring expenses, and generating financial reports. Analyzing sales data and KPIs to assess performance and reporting to upper management to help with strategic decision-making.

bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in management, economics, marketing, finance or retail management.
Minimum of 7 years in retail business or management duties.
Capacity to handle conflict, resolve difficult situations, and identify solutions to operational issues.

Skill in developing and implementing business and marketing strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
Leadership: Motivating and guiding a team.
Communication: Effectively interacting with staff and customers.
Sales & Merchandising: Understanding how to promote products and drive sales.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
