Descrição
-  Develop and optimize the existing customer portfolio 
-  Acquire new customers through prospecting actions [phone, email, meetings etc] 
-  Define, propose and lead the execution of the commercial strategy in order to develop business 
-  Work with Operations and various support Departments to provide appropriate solutions to customers 
-  Connect with customer to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction 
-  Explore partnerships with service providers of interest to the company 
-  Carry out regular market surveys and feedback sessions 
-  Prepare daily KPIs for regular reporting 
-  Promote the company in the market during promotion operations 
Requisitos
-  Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in Angola 
-  Researching, contacting, and following-up with institutions [both small and large] 
-  Strong communication and presentation skills 
-  Comfortable working with both local and international remote teams 
-  Strong organizational and computer skills 
-  Results-oriented 
-  Fluent in both Portuguese and English
