Objective
This is position is administrative in nature, involving a variety of clerical, reception, and office support functions.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
Administration & Co-ordination
• General administration and filing
• Arrange collection and follow up on delivery courier and postage
• Stamp and check payslips and arrange postage monthly
• Arrange staff functions and year end functions
• Hostess to clients visiting the office
• Assist with general adhoc administration duties as and when required
Procurement & financial Assistance
• As directed by the Country Manager or Regional Executive Manager or Administration Co-ordinator assist with procurement or financial matters
• Run monthly vendors recon
• Control Other income accounts
• Run daily petty cash and submit reconciliation to admin coordinator
• Run daily bank transactions and submit reconciliation to admin coordinator
Logistics & Travel
• As directed by the Country Manager or Regional Executive Manager or Administration Co-ordinator assist with logistics or travel matters
Requisitos
• Successfully complete in-house assessment of literacy & numeracy
• Good computer literacy skills
• Must be able to accurately type and efficiently use various software applications
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Good general administration skills
• Deadline driven
• Thrives in a fast pasted environment that requires a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining good business practice and confidentiality
• Good presentation skills
