Descrição
1) Achieve sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating
sales plans and strategies
2) Provide account management and sales support for key modern trade accounts
3) Manage a diverse sales team that is spread across the Luanda area
4) Set key performance metrics for staff, including sales targets, market-share
growth indicators, customer satisfaction levels, etc.
5) Identify various sales opportunities, and create detailed plans on how such
opportunities may be realized and capitalized upon
6) Develop relationships with key clients and buyers to better understand market
trends, obtain market feedback and to ensure the organization stays ahead of
the competition
7) Work closely with the Marketing team to create synergies between the Sales
and Marketing teams
8) Increase the wholesale customer base and manage wholesale Clients within
Luanda and the Provinces
Requisitos
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related area
2) Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
3) Knowledge of Sales and Marketing theory and application
4) Proficiency with MS Office, including: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
5) Excellent oral and written communication skills
6) Fluency in English and Portuguese strongly preferred
