Senior Applications Administrator

*Design or modify information systems through process of business analysis; identifying user needs, documenting requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

*Design new reports for the business along with business analysis to facilitate more informed decision making.

*Act as business analyst by engaging with HOD's to understand their IT application requirements and advise best course of action to address the requirements

*Design and develop new .net services and CUBES to allow for easier and better reporting capabilities

*Build and manage the integration of different platforms to ensure limited impact on applications functionality

*Provide 3rd level application support for very complex issues not resolved by 1st and 2nd level support

*Supervise the application Team Projects

*Degree in Information Technology / Computer science

*5-7 years experience in an IT applications related field with at least 5 years of experience in database development and ERP management

*English speaking, Portuguese is a plus.

*Deep understanding of ERP implementation on different platforms

*Familiar with FMCG and retail environment

*Good Microsoft.net experience

*Good understanding of domain controller concept

*Familiar with Windows Service functionalities / virtualisations

*Good Power BI Experience

*Good Data Warehouse Experience
