Group Head of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs

Develop the departmental strategy in line with the functional strategy and ensures achievement of objectives.

Prepare and recommend department’s budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget.

Implement a quality culture all over the group while leading the change successfully ensuring that employees are focusing on the internal and external clients’ needs and serving him at the highest standards.

Formulate the quality manuals, including policies and procedures, at all levels: product, services, hygiene, health, safety, environment, regulatory, etc. highlighting clear quality policy.

Updates standards and legislation to ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.

Implement methodologies to ensure that the quality policy is applied at all levels and product specifications of the company and its suppliers are conform to customer requirements.

Liaises with customers’ / suppliers’ auditors and implement corrective plans where needed.

Ensures that departmental reports  are prepared timely and accurately .

Collates and analyzes performance data and charts against defined parameters to ensure quality is implemented as planned.

Effectively achieve the departmental objectives through the managing the department by  setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.
