Painting Foreman - Onshore and Offshore

You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve coordinating and supervising a team of painters, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and providing hands-on support and guidance as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues that arise during the project. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. 1. Proven experience as a Painting Foreman or similar role.
2. Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
