Derrickman/Pumpman

A Derrickman works on the drilling rig and is responsible for handling drilling fluids (mud) and assisting with operations on the derrick (the tall structure above the rig). They play a key role in maintaining well control and drilling efficiency.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain drilling mud systems
Mix and transfer drilling fluids
Work at height in the derrick, guiding drill pipe
Assist with tripping operations (running/removing drill pipe)
Maintain mud pumps and related equipment
Ensure proper mud weight and pressure
Follow strict safety procedures

Relevant Offshore certification
Mechanical/ Roustabout / Roughneck experience
