Pathfinder International seeks an FP/RH Technical Director for the USAID/Angola Health Assistance Program (AHAP). AHAP is an anticipated 5-year project to be implemented in Angola. The purpose of AHAP is to provide comprehensive community and facility-based support for Malaria, HIV/AIDS, and family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH).
The FP/RH Technical Director will be responsible for providing technical and strategic guidance and quality assurance across program activities, with a particular focus on FP/RH results and activities.
Requisitos
-Background in FP/RH programs essential
-Ability to mobilize and coordinate partners around selected FP/RH intervention policies, approaches, and indicators.
-Experience with planning, implementation, data management, and research/study analysis and interpretation preferred.
-Strong experience in results dissemination and publication is preferred.
-At least 10 years implementing FP/RH programs in Africa, preferably in Angola.
-Experience implementing HIV/AIDs and/or Malaria programming internationally.
-Must be able to read and write in English and Portuguese with professional proficiency.
