Develop Sovereign Brands Portfolio – 40%
Pro-actively develop the sales of the brands in your region in the ON/OFF Trade and Urban Market ensuring consumer relationships are not just established but maintained through a high level of service. This includes visiting current and potential accounts – bars, restaurants, hotels, OFF Trade and nightclubs for the company's brands. Spending significant amounts of time in nightlife-type accounts in nights and evenings to drive sales and build relationships will be required to be effective.
Assist Distributor in developing the brands in the ON trade by actively leading brand sales activations.
Motivating, training and educating key customers in the ON, OFF Trade and Distributor Team members to ensure brands availability, brands visibility and brand activation.
Activation responsibility for events including organisation, co-ordination and set-up. A very hands-on approach is required.
Representing and promoting the brands at all touchpoints (SB team, Distributors, Customers, Consumers, Press)
Sales Function – 55%
Work directly with the local sales team ensuring that they are informed of opportunities and are aware of the brands development and special edition promo packs. Proactively source new outlets in ON, OFF Trade and Urban market working within the distributor’s sales guidelines and offers.
Reporting – 5%
Build monthly report providing consumer and trade insights, competitive activity and market trends, and showcase results of SB brand activations.
Requisitos

Motivated, self-driven, personable, presentable and articulate with an ability to communicate at all levels from bartender to Managing Director;
Fluent in both English and Portuguese;
Experience as Brand Ambassador / Sales Rep / Trade Marketer would be a plus;
Fluent in written and verbal English;
Good planning, multi-tasking and organization skills;
Ability to work autonomously, self-motivated, understands how to take initiative but also works well within a small team
Excellent presenter with controlled communication;
Proven track record in a stand-alone role;
Experience with retailers and distributors within Angola essential with established relationships in ON and OFF Trade a bonus;
Willing to travel extensively as required including nationally;
Attention to detail;
Natural interest for the Wines & Spirits industry, previous experience essential;
Aware and active on social media;
International mind-set;
Understanding of Superior Quality Brands
Computer literate, proficient with MS Office and building databases
