IT Data Head

1. Define and execute the Group Data Strategy aligned with business and IT objectives;
2. Establish and govern enterprise Data Governance framework including Data Owners and Stewards;
3. Lead design and evolution of Data Lake / Lakehouse architecture;
4. Oversee Data Engineering pipelines, integration with ERP and enterprise systems;
5. Ensure consistent semantic models and KPI definitions across the Group;
6. Drive Data Quality improvement initiatives and monitoring dashboards;
7. Lead AI/ML enablement in collaboration with Business Units and IT Solutions team;
8. Ensure secure and compliant data usage aligned with Security and Privacy requirements;
9. Govern BI ecosystem (Power BI) ensuring scalability and performance;
10. Develop and mentor Data Engineers and Data Scientists;
11. Collaborate with Head of Applications to ensure architectural alignment between ERP and Data platforms.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Information Systems;
Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics or AI;
Microsoft / Azure Data certifications (DP-203, Fabric, Databricks) (Valuable);
10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics or Data Architecture;
5 years of experience in Leadership roles managing Data Teams;
Proven experience building Data Lakes / Lakehouse architectures;
Experience in Data Governance frameworks and Master Data Management;
Experience with BI ecosystems (Power BI preferred);
Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle and operationalization;
Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing environments preferred;
Enterprise Data Strategy design and execution;
Data Governance frameworks (ownership, stewardship, lineage, metadata);
Lakehouse / Data Warehouse modelling (Kimball, Data Vault);
Data Quality management and monitoring;
AI enablement and integration with business processes;
Integration with ERP, CRM, HCM, OT and other enterprise systems;
Regulatory considerations (privacy, GDPR, retention policies);
Strategic Data Leadership;
Data Architecture & Engineering;
Data Governance & MDM;
AI & Advanced Analytics Oversight;
Business Acumen & Stakeholder Management;
Portuguese & English.
