Helifuel Engineer/Technician

Routine Inspection and maintenance of helicopter refuelling systems in accordance to latest CAP437 requirement / regulations and or local market standards;
Mechanical repairs and Troubleshooting – Offshore / Onshore;
Ability to perform Hydrostatic and Periodic recertification / requirements;
Single product transit tank maintenance / repairs and inspections;
Ability to perform Friction Test Survey’s with accordance to latest CAP437 requirement / regulations;
Detailed reports and the ability to relay to different levels;
Ability to train and competency asses personnel in Helicopter Refuelling Operations;
Hose pressure testing and recertifying of equipment and instrumentation;
Coupling repairs and refurbishment;
Assembly / disassembly of helifuel systems;
Assist with in house commissioning and client FAT testing;
Assist with installations and field surveys as required;
Assist with training of any new starts;
Point of contact for Helifuel & Aviation clients in Angola;
Keeping the worksite in a good tidy condition;
Assist with installations and field surveys as required;
Sale of spares and upselling of services;

Angolan nationality;
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
Minimum 5 years of working experience a multinational company;
Working Knowledge of UKCAA British Standards CAP437, UKCAA British Standards CAP748 and Joint Inspection Group (JIG Bulletin’s) is an advantage;
Experience of inspection and maintenance of helifuel systems and helideck Friction testing is an advantage;
Mechanically minded;
Ability to problem solve;
Flexible to undertake an estimated 50% - 75% offshore at client sites;
Ability to pass fitness tests that may be required for offshore work;
Fluency in English (Written and Spoken);
