Financial Planning and Analysis:
Lead the annual budget and forecasting process, collaborating with the department bosses to develop accurate financial projections;
Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisions - Doing;
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate the financial performance of the company and identify trends;
Financial report.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance spreadsheets and cash flow statements;
Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure Compliance with all financial reporting requirements;
Cash Flow Management
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for the company Operations;
Implement strategies to optimize cash flow, including efficient accounts receivable and accounts payable management;
Risk management
Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them;
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, both at the local level and international level;
Leadership and Team Development:
Manage and guide the financial team, providing guidance, training and performance Evaluations;
Relationship with Banks and other Stakeholders
Maintain and develop good working relationships with bank managers in order to ensure the proper treatment of the company's needs;
Maintain effective relationships with auditors, suppliers and other external stakeholders;
Negotiate favorable conditions for financing, banking and other services Agreements;
Adopt a proactive attitude to solve any potential problem that may arise.
Requisitos
Angolan Nationality;
Bachelor´s Degree in Finance, Accouting or a related field, Master´s degree is a plus;
Proven experience 10+ years as a Finance Managerr or similar role;
Experience in the oil sector is a plus;
Proficiency in Finance Software tools, including advanced Excel, experience with ERP system is a plus;
Proven track record of driving financial performance and contributing to organizational success growth;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Fluency in English;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complexes financial information for non-financial stakeholders;
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team.
