Directly responsible for the development of the sales and, marketing strategy.
Strong executor and implementer of top management’s directives
Responsible for the accomplishments of sales targets and results. This includes the monitoring of sales personnel and providing related improvement support.
Leading and providing direction to all commercial related activities.
Excellent at leading high performing teams.
Excellent client management engagement. Maintaining a high engagement with company’s clients. Constantly strategizing on how to improve the customer experience.
Consistently monitoring the market for growth opportunities.
Creation of compelling and innovative proposals which have potential to differentiate the company from the competition
Reporting to the general manager and/or the CEO on departmental activities
Requisitos
- Gestão Comercial e Marketing

• Creative thinker
• Proven strong negotiator
• Fluent in Portuguese. A bonus if fluent in English.
• Highly motivated with excellent customer management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
