Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge And Abilities Required)
Ability to be effectively managed through KPI setting and measurement;
Provide technical support to the team and keep an overview of progress of the work of each process;
Ability for systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems;
Capable to generate creative ideas/solutions;
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills – prioritize;
Ability to shape conversations to ensure focus and understanding;
Effective listening;
Ability to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information;
Effective team player and advanced interpersonal skills;
Initiative and pro-active;
Knowledge in Freight Forwarding;
Operational know-how (document processing);
Knowledge about markets and competitors;
Understanding of business principles and language, incl. the fundamentals of finance and profitability;
Business administration competence;
Overall understanding of business processes and interdependencies
Duties And Responsibilities
Provide operational excellence by:
Review and submit pre-invoices for endorsement & approval;
daily reporting of actions completed/ processed
collection of missing documents;
daily follow up with operations and client
archiving of all back-ups in shared drive
follow – up of the file e-doc for physical file control;
ensure proper maintenance of electronic filing;
Send all invoices to customer within timeline
Follow up with finance on statement updates and account reconciliationSystem updates
Other files\program as required.
Requisitos
Qualifications and Requirements
Higher education level and a business administration qualification.
Fluent in portuguese and English – written and oral.
Good numeracy skills required;
Sound working knowledge of financial metrics and reports;
Basic mathematical knowledge.
MS Office skills and good knowledge.
