OPS Trainee

Discuss the Terminal Services provided to our customers:
Road
Rail
On-dock services / EMR activities (PTI, repair, Wash, etc.)

List the different terminal equipment used in our operation and describe their use;
Explain the basic principles of equipment management;
Has spent time in terminal equipment along side equipment operators during load handling operations E.g. Quay Crane, RTG, Straddle, Forklift, Reach Stacker;

Labor Management:
Describe the terminal labor workplace agreement:
Explain labor allocation procedures;
Create a labor requisition order based on operational demand and provisions contained in the labor agreement;
Identify where time is being paid to employees but not used to move containers;

Angolan nationality;
Degree level in relevant area for the function;
No experience required or a maximum of 2 years experience;
Show the certificate of Degree level;
Behaviors aligned with the Our Principles;
Good knowledge about Microsoft office, Outlook, Internet;
Average level or higher in verbal, numerical and logical reasoning (Psychometric Tests);
If the candidate have Degree in other country is advantage for us;
Portuguese Fluent (spoken and written) and English upper middle level;
Age: 25 years old maximum;
