Diretor Integrated Logistic Solution

Define & communicate goals to employees based on objectives set by General Management;
Inform employees of the entire strategy/ evolutions and communicate on required alignment;
Assess the performance of employees;
Manage the competencies of employees (training needs);
Ensure the induction program for new employees is maintained;
Control the application of a leave management policy;
Validate recruitment of potential staff (final validation by the COO/Country Manager) in collaboration with HR department;
Arbitrate internal litigations within own scope;
Validate & review process & organizations;
Validation of SPOTs & Logistics Solutions organizations;
Regular review of SPOTs & Logistics Solutions organizations (at least once a year when budget time.);
Build & adapt the logistics services offered;
Business Development: Build & adapt the logistics services offer according to market;
situation or market anticipation, capacity of the organization, profitability and associated;
risk level in coordination with Sales department and General Management;
Validate the general tariff grid by service;
Follow and conform the legal responsibility limits in consultation with Sales department~and Legal department;
Manage high level client relationship;
Maintain and develop the relationship with top clients (Top 10) & potential ones in support of Sales Department actions;
Validate complex (technical risk, top client, high return…) quotation after first check/contribution of managers;
Key role in project tenders with validation of technical feasibility, means to mobilize, tariffs to apply, projected profitability and related risks;
Support CFO & managers in case of cash collection issue;
Appraisal off clients requesting credit conditions+ advice submission to COO.

Angolan nationality;
At least 15 years of shipping and shipping experience;
At least 15 years of experience in shipping agency, including sourcing and other O & g industry
vessels;
At least 10 years of experience as a manager;
Knowledge of Logistics Services in the Oil and Gas Industry – Essential;
Knowledge of Transport - Fleet Management;
Some experience in container base operations, container tracking and storage, and storage and handling is helpful;
Knowledge in Finance;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Excellent communicator, English as a first language.
