Senior Legal Adviser

Provide legal advice support anticipating and managing (legal) risks related.
• Advice on the legal framework.
• Drafting Contracts, Legal Documents, letters and legal opinions (e.g., construction contracts, loan
contracts, shareholders' loans, minutes, assignment of shares, dissolutions, labour disciplinary
proceedings).
• Providing legal advice on tender processes.
• Providing assistance with dispute settlement and other formalities
• Cooperation with the other members of the legal department abroad

Degree in Law, registration in Bar Association of Angola will be considered an advantage
• More than 7 years of legal experience in business environment in a law firm or companies.
• Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters and contracting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, both in Portuguese and English (eliminatory factor)
• Strong service orientation.
• Ability to deliver high quality work within deadlines.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and to take responsibility for this relationship.
• Ability to work well in both a team and individually.
