Digital Media Specialist

Developing and implementing Web Platforms and Social Media Strategies;
Ensuring brand consistency across all digital media channels;
Design and execute digital media campaigns in line with the school goals;
Creating and managing content for School Communications;
Monitor and update all social media channels;
Suggest and implement strategies for marketing improvement;
Develop and track ROIs and KPIs;
Keep up-to-date on digital media trends and patterns;
Ensure that communications issued by or on behalf of the school are consistent, coordinated, accurate, inclusive, and are aligned with the school’s values and parameters;
Events photography, videography coverage;
Good team management.

Angolan Nationality;
BA in Marketing, Communications or related degree;
Minimum professional experience of 3-5 years;
Experience developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan and communications strategy;
Professional expertise in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and social media ads;
Experience working with Google Ads and SEO;
Qualification in web design;
Familiarity with applicable data protection, child protection, and IP laws (i.e., copyright, licensing, trademarks, etc.);
Clear notion of line management;
Willingness to work outside normal work hours, as requested;
Proficient in video, image and sound editing platforms (Canva and Adobe Software, including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition and InDesign);
Experience working with online and offline platforms such as WordPress, Google, MS Office Suite;
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to set goals and meet tight deadlines;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, handling multiple assignments;
Exceptional attention to detail;
A high degree of professionalism with sound judgment, awareness, and discretion while maintaining complete confidentiality;
Consistent follow through and an exemplary work ethic;
Strong interpersonal skills.
