Head of Operations | FMCG (Beverage)

• Review & Design Plant Layout;
• Plan, Direct & Maintain Inventory for Production;
• Planning & Capacity utilization;
• Review & Identify Preventive Maintenance;
• Review & Identify machine downtime;
• Plan & Direct Plant & Capacity utilization;
• Review Bottlenecks & solutions;
• Review & Identify machine downtime;
• Review cost optimisation/control (wastage & capacity utilisation);
• Review & Plan Inventory management (raw & packaging material, finished products, spares & consumables) as per FIFO;
• Turnaround of in & out of vehicles of all operations;
• Maintain Employee Relations;
• Approve & Identify Learning & Skill development;
• Guide & Assess People Planning;
• Plan & train for Occupational Health, Safety & Environment;
• Guide Product & Packaging Quality;
• Follow-up Quality Assurance;
• Set Standard control;
• Address Customer complaints;
• Inspect & Review Housekeeping of the factory;
• Design Storage Management;
• Review of Production of new Product & Packaging;
• Execute & Update Compliance with Law;
• Guide & Execute Liaising & Inspection;
• Maintain & Up to date Compliance (Infrastructure/Insurance);
• Review Production & Inventory & Despatches.

1. Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Electrical.
2. Years of experience of 15 years at least;
3. Experience in Beverage companies;
4. Worked on Blowing or Filling high speed machines (240 bpm speed) or make of Krones, SACHMI, KHS, Newemstar or Techlong;
5. Has experience in managing Maintenance, Quality, Utilities and Logistics/warehouse.
