Descrição
Supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed;
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals;
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth;
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies;
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management;
Performing administrative tasks such as record-keeping and stock management;
Engage and follow with back-office to ensure orders are processed;
Engage and follow up with logistic department to ensure that partners orders are delivered;
Follow up on account receivables.
Requisitos
Angolan Nationality
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Management or a similar field;
At least 3 years' experience in the FMCG sector as a sales supervisor;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Advanced English;
Driving licence;
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
