Recruitment and Selection Coordinator

• Coordinate various simultaneous recruitment and selection processes
• Handle last-minute scheduling changes and smoothing over any other speed bumps in the hiring process
• Coordinate all recruitment and selection tasks and team
• Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and organizational needs
• Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates
• Prepare progress reports on a daily basis when needed
• Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
• Writing and posting job descriptions in different platforms
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
• Other tasks inherent to the function

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• 3 Years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruitment Specialist or Senior Talent Hunter
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Effective and efficient communication skills
• Professionalism and an ability to make others feel welcome are essential.
• Good time-management skills
• Thorough problem-solving skills
• A team player
• Competency with management software like SAP and Primavera
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Hands on experience with various selection processes and mass recruiting
