Q-HSE Manager (m/f)

Our client is an important player in the Oil and Gas Industry in Angola.

Inside Oil and Gas Services and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have the responsibility of all Quality and Health Safety and Environment functions and support maintenance contracts, workshop activities and construction works.

Main activities:

·         Organize and participate to regular offshore and onshore HSE inspections and audits;

·         Elaborate, keep up to date HSE Plans and procedures;

·         Lead accident and incident investigations and implement action plans;

·         Organize and make sure that all appropriate personal protective equipment’s are ordered, stored and available to all employees;

·         Ensure the follow-up of tracking of anomalies, incidents, accidents and maintain required HSE indicators for the all contracts and projects;

·         Establish and keep up to date Quality Plans and procedures;

·         Organize ISO 9001 annual audit perform by AFNOR;

·         Ensure renewal of company certification (ISO, OHSAS);

·         Establishment of the annual HSE training plan for all contracts and project;

·         Organize HSE training with suppliers and Organize internal HSE training;

·         Elaboration of Vinci Energies internal reporting;

·         Establish accident and incident report when necessary;

·         Report to Managing Director with regard to HSE areas of concerns, problems encountered.

•        At least 10 years of experience in Quality, Health Safety and Environment in the Oil & Gas Sector;

•        At least 5 years of Offshore experience in Oil & Gas industry with HSE responsibilities;

•        Rigorous, Organized, Methodology, Autonomous, Reporting Quality, Curiosity and Excellent Relationship;

•   Accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behavior with regards to HSE rules and requirements

•        Leadership and team player;

•        Knowledge working in Microsoft Office and deep knowledge in Excel;

•        Excellent written and oral communication in English and Portuguese;

•        Available to frequent missions offshore;

•        Angolan Nationality (mandatory).
