Rig Coordinator / Field Service Coordinator (FSC)

We are looking for Field Service Coordinator (FSC)

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor all offshore activities on assigned offshore entities.

• Ensure mobilisation and demobilisation of consumable materials, equipment, and offshore personnel.

• Coordinate spare part requests, maintenance and backloads within onshore support organization.  Ensure adequate spares are maintained offshore. 

• Coordinate timely maintenance execution to meet follow-on mobilizations.

• Liaise with Client representatives and Company Contractors connected to the offshore operations.

• Travel offshore as required by FSM.

• Report any non-compliance with laws, regulations, procedures, contracts and more.

Qualifications & personal attributes:

• Higher Education at Bachelor’s or higher level.

• 5 to 10 years’ work experience from the subsea industry from an Offshore related service work.

• Very good knowledge and experience in operations management from Subsea projects.

• Ideally experience with Aker Solutions Drilling Completion Tools and Equipment.  Must possess experience with standard offshore subsea tooling.

• Offshore BST & HUET required.

• Strong commercial focus.

• Familiarity w/ SAP required.

• You are required to share your knowledge with your colleagues in your day to day work.
