DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

At Eni, we are looking for a Development Specialist within Angola in Luanda. You will provide support in the organisation and preparation of the training plan and budget by participating in the preparation and monitoring of our people’s development processes. This includes performance assessments, motivation/satisfaction strategies and skills assessments, among others. You will therefore support Eni Angola employees to meet their defined training objectives and professional career progression.

As a member of the Development department at Eni Angola you will be responsible for the following:

•Administrative Support to Training Courses;
•Administrative and statistical organisation of training needs diagnosis delivered by the different heads of departments;
•Reservation requests for the training rooms nationally;
•Preparing and updating career files and technical and educational files, and confirming their compliance;Confirming the validations and need for revalidation of professional certificates of employees and trainers;
•Supporting the career development process and skills management plan;
•Registration of movement management and replacement plans;
•Registration of training requests for the annual training plan;
•Research for conducting studies and methodologies;
•Assisting in the development of the career procedures manual;

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

•Degree-level education in a relevant subject;
•Good knowledge of Portuguese and English, both spoken and written;
•Knowledge of Human Resources practices;
•Knowledge on the monitoring of training courses, of the training cycle in the administrative aspects of career training and progression;
•General knowledge of Angolan labour legislation.
