A. Recruitment & On-boarding
• Develop and implement recruitment plans, build talent pipelines, and manage recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end on-boarding process, including preparing offer letters, coordinating pre-employment medical tests, and ensuring all new employees are properly integrated.
• Develop and update employee handbooks, policies, and on-boarding materials.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage data entry into HR and payroll systems.
B. Employee Relations & Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, productive work culture.
• Manage disciplinary issues and the employee exit process in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with management to maintain a strong and peaceful industrial/labor relations system.
• Conduct frequent audits of HR management in various business units to identify and implement consistent improvements.
C. Performance & Compensation Management
• Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal and incentive management plans.
• Review and update the performance appraisal system and reward policies to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
• Provide timely updates to the People Operations team for monthly payroll, accounting for new hires, exits, suspensions, and performance scores.
• Administer wages and manage all aspects of leave, including annual leave plans.
D. Training & Development
• Conduct regular training needs assessments to define and supervise staff training and development plans.
• Create and manage the training budget in collaboration with the finance department.
• Mentor instructors and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.

E. Legal & Compliance
• Ensure the organization's HR policies comply with all legal standards and labor laws.
• Handle legal activities, cases, and compliance matters throughout human resource management.
• Lead negotiations and attend union meetings on behalf of the company.
• Maintain strict control over data protection and confidentiality of all HR management work.
F. Administrative & Strategic Functions
• Assist in human resource planning and participate in improving the company's management systems and work processes.
• Prepare the annual human resources budget and supervise its implementation.
• Conduct regular organizational diagnoses and talent inventories.
• Audit administrative departments to streamline activities such as canteen and staff bus management.
• Complete all required reports (monthly, weekly, and annual) and any other assignments given by the reporting head.
• Develop and provide guidance to your team to achieve desired results.
G. HSE and Safety
• Inspect, correct, and report the status of systems designed to safeguard the welfare and safety of staff.
• Ensure appropriate dressing, correct and complete uniform types, and correct footwear types are worn to ensure safety.
H. Timekeeping & Employee Welfare
• Oversee biometric system daily attendance verification to ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Manage the canteen management system to ensure smooth workflow and quality service for employees.
• Ensure toilets, dispensers, canteens, and cloakroom facilities are functional by direct control or by working with those in charge.
• Oversee welfare activities and grievance management to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Degree in Security related studies (M.sc, BSc, HND), A Master or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, Labor Law, or a similar field.
Prefer English Communication as an Advantages
At least 3 to 5 years' experience working as a HRBP Officer or Similar Position.
Excellent knowledge of state and federal Labor law laws. Analytical Skills, Problem-solving skills.
Ability to research and stay up to date with HR trends, as well as changing government and state laws.
Communications skills, Decision-making skills, Leadership and training skills, Critical thinking and detective skills
Capability to follow Labor rules and procedures without compromises is essential.
Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills; and ability to interact with internal and external parties.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
