· Acquisition and Maintenance of GUESTS - Handle Guest complaints
· Manage and Oversee the Daily Operation of the Front Office Department
· Maintaining the required Operating and Service Standards
· Putting Systems in place to ensure the smooth running of Front Office Department
· Involved in the Recruitment of the Front Office STAFF
· Leading, Training and Motivate Front Office STAFF.
· Handling and Resolving GUEST Queries and Complaints
· Ensuring that “O”status for the Department is kept to a minimum
· Completing the Roster for cashiers department and chauffeur department - Ensure all check Inn and Check Out run properly.
· Completing Salary Inputs for cashiers department
· Dealing with Disciplinary Actions within the Front Office Department
Requisitos
Experiência prévia em hoteis;
Fluente em português e conhecimentos de ingles;
Conhecimento de um sistema de gestão de propriedade como Opera ou New Hotel
