Descrição
-Compliance with Wood Group Kianda’s Procurement & Materials procedures.
-Preparation of Bills of Materials from design deliverables.
-Manage the interface from Requisition to Procurement.
-Identification of shortages and surplus materials.
-Allocation of materials procured against project material requirements.
-Producing Shipping Documents for all material movements.
-Producing Materials Status reporting to project and client.
-Coordinating material supply to Fabrication sub-contractors.
-Expediting delivery of Fabricated items to warehouse or job site.
-Liaison with Construction and Procurement to co-ordinate all Piping and Structural Fabrication Orders.
-Management of warehouse / job site material receipt, storage and issue.
-Ensuring correct maintenance and preservation of materials is undertaken for stored equipment.
-Requesting and managing the supply of small plant and equipment items required for project execution.
-Managing marshalling and issue of materials aligned to jobcards and project schedule.
-Assuring material deliveries aligned to boat sailing schedules.
-Attending Project Progress Meetings.
-Management of Freight Forwarding and Import / Export and Customs control activities
-Material reconciliation at Project Close out.
-Liaison with all Project personnel and client representatives.
-Responsible for working within the acceptable behaviours onboard the FPSO.
-Responsible for training, coaching and assessing less experienced staff.
-Willing to assist in the training of client Angolan National trainee staff.
-Stop Work that is unsafe or likely to cause damage.
-Responsible for carrying out personal safety commitments via BOSS.
Requisitos
TECHNICAL / BUSINESS SKILLS:
-Good PC literacy is a requirement with Maximo exposure being highly desirable.
-Knowledge of Control of Work (CoW) system.
-Knowledge of process isolations (SIRP).
-Fault finding and trouble shooting skills.
-An overriding commitment to health & safety is essential.
-PC application skills – Microsoft package.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
-5 + years experience in the field of Oil & Gas maintenance / engineering and services.
-Current Dangerous Goods certificate.

-Strong communication skills.
-Highly motivated and self reliant.
-Interpersonal skills that result in good teamwork, influence, trust and strong relationships.
-Proven ability to work as part of an integrated multi disciplined team.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
-Willing to work a 6&2 week rotation, 6 day working week, 10 hour days.
-Valid offshore medical and survival qualification required.
-Current vaccination certificate relevant to Angola is required.
-Must comply with Wood Group Kianda Malaria prevention program.
-Must work at all times in the best interest of Wood Group Kianda and BP.
-Must comply with BP and Wood Group Kianda requirements of Health, Safety,
