Act as Business Partner by supporting the geography/area (travelling with high frequency to France):
- With Recruitment & Selection processes, namely job description, job posting,
interview, assessment process eventually using psychometric tools;
- With Staffing and On Boarding , following Company's regulations flawlessly, Country
and State Labor regulations and Procedures;
- With Local Team, by being People's Area focal point for Benefits management,
either internally or externally with Company's Providers;
- In People Management Processes, such as:
- Performance Appraisal deployment and management;
- Development & Training Plan execution;
- Compensation & Benefits coordination, namely payroll process, benefits
deployment and liaison with local external partners for both areas;
- With HSE regulations and its implementation, liaising with the HSE Global Lead and
ensuring local regulations are adequately setup and deployed;
- With regular Labor Legal follow up and update of internal processes and procedures
accordingly;
- With local Company's Diversity policies and regulations supporting all initiatives in
Employee relations area;
- With People's Yearly Innovation agenda;
- With People's Culture and Organizational Climate Initiatives;
- With People's processes and procedures design enhancement and implementation,
namely database implementation and management;

Requisitos
Bachelor or Master in HR Management or similar
Minimum experience in similar positons: 3-5 years
Experienced:
- with French Labour Market and labor legal environment, namely Collective Bargains, Social Security, Labor contracts managements, local benefits external partners management;
- In change management environments and new processes and procedures implementation;
- In training design and implementation;
- In Key Performance Indicators design and implementation; Balanced score card and dashboard methodologies
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including excel, powerpoint, word and database systems is a must;
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English, French and Portuguese;
Portuguese/Frech bilingual preferred;
Creative approach to problem solving enjoying organizational challenges;
Systematicanddetail-orientedapproach todeliverhigh-qualitysolutions;
An ability to take initiatives and own projects, delivering results in an environment multiple parallel activities;
Costumer-minder and collaborative, with strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills;
