Provide experiences, education and resources with the objective of ensuring organizational growth in the area of change management and communication
Provide shared service center perspective to the development of a communication approach and its execution
Provide support to multiple functions in the areas of team effectiveness, change management and communications to support the GBS Porto center growth
Identifies communications needs related to GBS Porto and supports relevant solution, engaging managers, team leaders and employees
Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned to support the GBS Porto goals
Experience in large global organizations

Requisitos
University degree or equivalent experience
Fluent English (C1/C2)
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience, with minimum of 2 years in Communication
Preference is for experience in large global organizations, on broad significant scale initiatives
Strong interpersonal, communications and facilitation skills
Strong skills in development and execution of communication deliverables, including PPT, posters, professional documents, videos and other medias
Proven experience in supporting communications, preferably in a shared service center environment
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on timelines and quality
Ability to work under pressure while ensuring high-quality work in the field of change management and communication
