Descrição da função


  • Assure proper and updated documentation to all operational activities related with Accounts Payable;

  • Provide process standardization and alignment within all countries/plants;

  • Take responsibility for service quality and KPIs of the respective accounts payable team

  • Collect, review/assess, monitor and drive the implementation of new process improvement ideas in a synergic and challenging way;

  • Ensure continuous improvements within Accounts Payable;

  • Interface with other functions/processes in case technical improvements are required or potential cross-functional benefits exist;

  • Make sure proper measures are in place to grant process quality and compliance in expectation with business needs;

  • Support and guide operations in case of gaps, questions or new changes in the process;

  • Define, structure and continuing review of training needs.

Aptidões necessárias
  • College degree in Business Administration or equivalent Accounting qualification;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable;
  • Working Experience with SAP FI (experience in any MM is considered an advantage);
  • High analytical skills and experience in business case preparation;
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma/DMAIC is appreciated;
  • Capability to work interdependently;
  • Ability to challenge pre-defined ideas with win-win proposals;
  • An agent of change and innovation;
  • Capacity to take calculated risks and take responsibility for the actions;
  • Self-disciplined for autonomously prioritize assignment, learning new skills and remaining motivated;
  • Good communication skills in English language.
