            Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
            Makes product knowledge readily available to self and others
            Generate and follow up leads
            Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary

            Stands firm in the face of adversity to deliver business targets
            Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
            Persists in sales even in the face of failure

            Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
            Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
            Resolve contractual and commercial problems
            Shapes expectations of key stakeholders           

            Oversee financial KPIs
            Risk assessment
            Review and develop operational process flows

            Update directors board on client account developments

Angolan or Foreign with resident status (Luanda based)
Age between 35 and 45
Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field

            Comprehensive knowledge about the industry
            Solid industry networks

            Efficient presentation and communication skills
            Strong Negotiation and commercial awareness
            Strong contractual knowledge
            Strong leadership skills
            Client liaising
            At least 5 years prior industry experience at Angolan market
            MS Office experienced user (Excel advanced knowledge it’s mandatory)
            ERP Primavera Knowledge (desirable but not mandatory)
            Language: Portuguese (obligatory); English (obligatory); Chinese Mandarin (desirable); Others will be appreciated
